Horrible poor service
Our company purchased a 226L Defy DAC449 Fridge for the company. Sending the proof of payment to the branch we were informed it will take 48hours for the payment to reflect at the branch. Phoning the branch on Wednesday 9/6/21 the manager or salesman was not available to assist. I phoned on Thursday 10/6/21 still no manager available. Eventually i spoke to Kgomotso who confirmed no payment reflecting. Today 11/6/21 still no assistance and i was told to phone customer care were as you have to leave your details on a answering machine for feedback. Totally unprofessional. After 5 telephone calls and complain on their website still no assistance. We have never come across such terrible poor customer service and will most definitely never purchase anything from the House & Home group and will inform people of the poor customer service. House & Home you have lost a very good customer

Exceptional service and experience
I want to thank Sam at The Alley West Acres Potchefstroom for the amazing service i received. It was my first time at the salon and my experience was awesome. I really enjoyed the treatment. Excellent professional service
We as a Engineers company have been doing business with TCN Industrial for the last two years. We want to thank them for their absolute great service. Friendly good customer service

Poor service
I have previously got credit for R16000.00 which i have only purchased a bedroom suite. On requesting to do another purchase with the credit i still have, i was told that i have to re apply. I'm extremely disappointed with the Potchefstroom branch as nobody ever returns my calls or assist me in this matter. The head office are not from much help too. I will most definitely NOT recommend anybody to purchase anything as the service from the sales lady to the manager is extremely poor. I have been struggling for 2 months to no avail. Why did the company give me credit then with no notification i am not allowed to use my credit. This is against my constitutional rights. Regards KP

Game Retail Mooirivier Mall
I have received the most amazing service from Mpho Motswane at the Decor department at Game Mooirivier Mall. His service was very professional and outstanding. He really walked the extra mile and is for sure an asset to the Game Retail stores. A special thank you to the manager Mr. Brent Jordaan in acknowledging my email and offered further assistance when needed. We really need more people like Mpho and Brent.
