I switched my car insurance to King Price in May, unfortunately within 3 months I had an incident which I submitted a claim for. Everything was going well,being assisted by a guy called Zakariya Pillar. My claim was closed because after getting quotations from pannelbeaters they realized the repairing costs were actually within my excess so I might as well fix it myself , well...that made sense so I was like okay fine no problem. Came the day I took the car in for repairs the pannelbeater refused to take the car because now they say they will have to replace the door and not fix which then meant the costs will no longer be within my excess. They say they will contact the insurance so I waited for their response. After 3 days of waiting I contacted the pannelbeater to check whether they've informed my insurance (as they said they would) about the situation. The pannelbeater says that are still waiting for a response. OK no problem, I also waited . After a week I decide to contact the insurance ( emailed the guy that was dealing with my claim) he did not respond , two days later I emailed again still no reply .Today I tried calling, surprisingly there was no answer, then emailed again . I don't know what tomorrow has in store for me regarding this matter but I will wait and see. It is frustrating to be driving around with a dented car especially when your insurance is also giving u the run around. If anyone here is reading reviews to decide whether to join King price or not, do yourself a favor DO NOT!!

I have a 2019 GLA200 which I bought November 2020. The vehicle was due for it's second service when I noticed a leak from the roof on a rainy day. I took the car on for service and also requested that they checked on the leak which they did and found there was a crack on the sunroof. This crack does not look like it was caused by any impact because there's no evident impact area . it's fine hairline cracks that are on the glass just between the windscreen and sunroof. I honestly thought Mercedes benz would take responsibility and fix this under the warranty but they say they do not do external repairs. I am very disappointed on Mercedes Benz especially because its a big company said to have premium quality.
