Disappointing Service on a Special Day
We chose this restaurant in Haasendal for Mother’s Day lunch, but the experience was ruined by being rushed throughout the meal. Our waitress repeatedly asked if we were done and offered to pack our food—while we were still eating—because her shift was ending. After paying, we were told by a new waitress to leave for a 4 p.m. reservation, though we were never informed of any time limit. Dining out should be a full, enjoyable experience—not one where guests are pushed out. Disappointing to see such disregard for customer service.

Spoke to a Santam consultant who informed me that I have cover for SOS benefits under my 3rd party only policy for my vehicle. When I logged a request for SOS home assistance, Santam informed me that I do not qualify. I was preached about the benefits Santam offers only to find out I was misinformed and lied to. Three of the Santam employees told me I was covered and when I actually needed help I was left stranded. So disappointed in Santam.
