It seems whenever I write a review, it somehow disappear. So, I'll post until someone answers. It's been more than 2 years waiting for our money to be paid out. An Uber driver drove into me, case was made and the other party submitted her documentation as well. We had to pay and then our insurance would pay us out. Whenever my husband gets in contact with them, they say it's a legal matter. I want to know WHEN will we get our money back.
More than 2 years ago, an Uber bike drove into me. We got hold of his company, opened a case and the company agreed and submitted documents to her insurance and so did my husband. We had to pay upfront and our insurance would then deal with the other party and we'd get our money paid out. It's been more than 2years, my husband has been in contact with Naked and every time gets told it's under investigation and legal matter. My question is WHEN WILL THIS MATTER BE RESOLVED? I need answers, I've been paying insurance every single month and they owe me?
Almost a year and a half ago, an Uber driver bumped into me. Case was opened, we got in contact with the driver's company and got her insurance and everything. Our car was taken in and we had to pay and then the insurance would pay our money back. I'm still waiting, every time my husband make contact with Naked, it's a legal process. IT'S BEEN ALMOST 2 YEARS. WHEN WILL OUR MONEY BE PAID OUT? They're quick to debit every month but can't pay me out... I'm actually considering changing insurance companies at this point.
Hi. My mother's attorney and myself have been trying to get hold of Cheree Hennings who was aasigned to my late father's home loan account. We are trying to send the 3 last documents requested but the emails doesn't get delivered and it says ( email address does not exist) after I spoke to her less than 2 weeks ago. I want to know if she's still working there or what?
I am still awaiting feedback from Old Mutual. The last time we spoke, the person I'm in contact with said that by December 5th they will do the policy Disinvestment separately whether or not my step brother submit or not. On the 5th I asked for any feedback, they ask ME for the mother's contact number after being in contact with her husband and after that, no further contact. I want to know what is going on. I am at the point where I'm about to post all conversations and where my husband and myself will take all our policies and investments to a different company.
Bought a shoe at Totalsports CAPE GATE, went back to exchange for a different size. They didn't have the size, checked on their system and told us that Tygervalley has the size. Drove all the way from Franschhoek to Tygervalley to find out that Cape Gate never even contacted Tygervalley to ask if they physically have the size in store. Staff always look like they are too tired to help. Your store close at 8pm, but you're sweeping and mopping at 7pm! Petrol wasted! Totalsports Cape Gate such a disappointment.
Hi. My dad had an ALLAN GRAY INVESTMENT FUND through Old Mutual and the beneficiaries are my brother and my step brothers daughter who is 4/5 years old. My mom who is the executor of the estate has been to Old Mutual countless times and they have told her that they cant make two separate pay outs and my step brother is refusing to sign on behalf of his daughter for the process to get going. They cant give us an alternative other than to get him to sign. Can anyone please assist regarding this matter? Its almost been 3 years since the passing of my dad and my step brother is refusing to sign.
Hi. Its been almost 3 years since the passing of my dad. He had an Allan Gray investment fund made out to my brother who is 23 years old and my step brother's daughter (4/5). My mother who is the executor of the estate has been to Old Mutual regarding the payout of these funds, they told my mom that they can't make two separate pay outs and my step brother is REFUSING to sign on his daughters behalf which means my brother cant get his funds. Is there anyone who can help in this regard? What can we do?
