Bought a Skyworth tv back in November 2020 from Incredible Connection. As per the manual book that came with the tv I called their warranty department to report the incident but their response is sorry Sir we can't help you simply because I misplaced the receipt despite my credit card statement. I suppose this is the price one pays for trying out new brands. I feel sorry for anyone out there considering buying Skyworth
Terrible aftercare customer service, I bought a TV hardly 2yrs ago paid with my credit card. TV broke last week called the Rosebank store where I bought it asking for guidance on how to claim warranty. Their response was sorry Mr customer you losse your receipt you losse the warranty despite my credit card records. Mpho
