I placed an order with quite a bit of items. I get an sms today saying my order is ready for collection. I went to collection centre and 1 of my items are ready for collections. After phoning customer care they tell me it's the system update and there is nothing they can do about it. ***!!! Now I must drive back again when the other items arrive. Do the know it takes a human being to scan the items into store and update the system, but they tell me it's the system. Really. Do these people know what they doing? Can't wait for Amazon, just maybe we get a better service
Spoke to Robert the owner who advised me he can't repair my volvo as another mechanic worked on my car. It would take him hours to sort out and I must take the car back to the mechanic.. such great service
