I had the worst experience here roughly two weeks ago. Having been treated as a second class citizen when I and my French friends decided to share dinner there together after a week of Safari and local travel. I was asked multiple times by the Hostess and support staff when I stayed and addressed in Colloquial IsiZulu definitely to create a wider gap just to display no relation. I would've gotten better treatment from other restaurant or even opted to go to the McDonalds just more accessible and frankly more authentic in it's manner of approach
Renovations are a order and a designated smoking area on the first floor is the least of our concerns when we living life blissfully.
