I purchased a vehicle from the PE branch , the vehicle was advertised with rubber mats, when I arrived in PE it was told that they take out all carpets in the wash bay , this is a complete lie as you could still see the imprint on the floor of the rubber mats , the vehicle was not cleaned . One month later and phoned more than 10 times I was told that they not replacing them or buying other ones , really in short "we do 10000 sales a month we don't care about one person that moans about his R6000 rubber mats '
3 Weeks ago I used the carwash platinum option , on exit they have 2 guys that manually dry your vehicle. The same cloth that was used to wipe off excess dirt from the areas that the rollers did not clean was used to wipe of the mirrors, this resulted in one of the mirrors being scratched I pointed it out in the vacuum bay and the manager took photos, I then spoke to Hansie who is head of maintains for the unit, he said he will forward all to the owner including a quote that I had to get from Ford as the car was only 2 months old. Till date no one has contacted me ,I went to the office and after waiting 30minutes was told that the owner is unavailable . I find this nonchalant attitude very disappointing, if I think of all the people I have referred there and also all the times I have used this service . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM !
