I placed my order on Saturday morning and it still hasn’t been fulfilled. The status has not changed at all. With the head office being based in Cape Town, I would expect this process to be far more efficient. I urgently need this order by the end of this week, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. There is no clarity on whether the order will be dispatched in time, and at this rate, it seems unlikely. I also cannot get through on the phone number provided for the online team. After multiple attempts, I finally got through to someone, only to be transferred and met with the automated message: “The person at this extension is not available, please leave a voice message.” No one responds to emails either — I’ve emailed hello@partnershair.co.za with no feedback at all. I even reached out to your Facebook page and, although I received a response, they can only forward messages to the online team, which clearly isn’t responding. This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially for customers who rely on timely delivery. I need clarity and action on this order immediately.
