Good day, I'd like to express my extreme disappointment with partners hair design in Cavendish square. I always bring my 4year old daughter for a fringe cut. Two months ago, we went for a fringe cut and the lady kindly told me that I need to change the shampoo I'm using as my daughter has a scalp issue. I was aware of this. I later went on the 5th January 2026 and a different lady refused to help us. She looked at my daughters hair, didn't say anything. She then called her colleague, looked at my daughters hair, walked away and started talking amongst themselves. My husband and I looked at each other like what's going on. Few minutes later they say that they cannot assist due to my daughters hair being infested with nits! WHAT??? I'm a pharmacist I know what nits is, they are bumpy, round and sticks. she would have been scratching her head, it would have been itchy. I told then she has a dandruff issue. They refused. They told me to check with a chemist. I told them I'm a pharmacist I know its not nits. Anyway despite the fact that I know what nits is I went to Carltons to get a second opinion, they confirmed it was not nits. i also went to Nu Pharmacy they also confirmed. I ALSO went to another hair salon and another person ALL CONFIRMED DANDRUFF. When I approached the lady at partners, she badmouthed Carltons!!! Said they don't know what they doing?! How unprofessional???!!!!!!Carltons was unfortunately booked but I was helped by a kind lady at Edge for Women at Cavendish eventually and I will NEVER go back to Partners. I've never felt so humiliated ever in my life. And please do your research on the difference between NITS and DANDRUFF!!!!!!

I’m utterly disgusted with the integrity of the staff of Partners hair design in Tokai. So I bought a silver bullet hot brush at the branch in Waterfront then I got a complementary wash and blow to show me how to use it in which I know how to use I then decided let me take my mother. When I got there(Tokia Partners) I then said I’m here for my appointment in which I made, lady at front desk knew actually who I was and she wanted to continue then suddenly a lady called her and they exchanged some words more like the lady(stylist) told the front lady something and the front desk lady comes back and ask me to come back later..I then asked her why she didn’t have an answer and told me u also 5 mins earlier..mind you if you have an appointment you have to be on punctual. I then proceeded to do what I needed and took my mother back 5 mins later and kept checking up on her. When came back my mothers hair didn’t even look like it was washed the lady flat around around the front part I then asked my mother didn’t they flat hair her hair the stylist then said no she did ask my mother said no in which my mother never said anything. The fact that they treat people according to their skin color says a lot about the staff mind you me the stylist didn’t even care to clean the hot brush and put it away just like that-workin in finance iv learned and was also taught by my mother that when you work with people you treat everyone accordingly no matter how the look or what they have on the same way others can pay for the services that sucks so can I. The staff needs to learn that you not doing the customers a favour, it’s your job and you choose it.

I have placed an order on the 19th of December, the order doesn't show on the tracking. I have sent multiple emails as well as a DM on TikTok no response. I want my refund. I have sent proof of payment and requested a confirmation of order. They had not responded

Do I send a message via ***eons? No one is answering my emails (multiple) about an order and the ETA. No one is answering the phone line either. I would really appreciate some feedback.

They sell things online that they don't actually have in stock. Quick to take your money and then completely give you the run around on email. I will never buy from them again. Please do not be ****med by them!!!!

If I could rate them with NO STARS....that would be more fitting. I ordered products from the online store Wednesday 26 Nov. I contacted the online department 27 Nov to cancel my order. Jeanette advised me to send an email requesting a change instead, I also explained that it was urgent as I was leaving on holiday within 7 working days. I did just that. I then attempted to contact them on Friday several times and sent an email - no answer. I then called them Monday - the first call was answer after which the receptionist (ange) said she would have them call me - no one called and nobody answered the phone again for the entire day. Your service is absolutely disgusting. You treat your clients with disregard and disrespect. You should not be in this game - you have too much competition. Just cancel my order and give my money back.

If I could rate them with NO STARS....that would be more fitting. I ordered products from the online store Wednesday 26 Nov. I contacted the online department 27 Nov to cancel my order. Jeanette advised me to send an email requesting a change instead, I also explained that it was urgent as I was leaving on holiday within 7 working days. I did just that. I then attempted to contact them on Friday several times and sent an email - no answer. I then called them Monday - the first call was answer after which the receptionist (ange) said she would have them call me - no one called and nobody answered the phone again for the entire day. Your service is absolutely disgusting. You treat your clients with disregard and disrespect. You should not be in this game - you have too much competition. I placed my order on Saturday morning and it still hasn’t been fulfilled. The status has not changed at all. With the head office being based in Cape Town, I would expect this process to be far more efficient. I urgently need this order by the end of this week, which makes the lack of communication even more frustrating. There is no clarity on whether the order will be dispatched in time, and at this rate, it seems unlikely. I also cannot get through on the phone number provided for the online team. After multiple attempts, I finally got through to someone, only to be transferred and met with the automated message: “The person at this extension is not available, please leave a voice message.” No one responds to emails either — I’ve emailed hello@partnershair.co.za with no feedback at all. I even reached out to your Facebook page and, although I received a response, they can only forward messages to the online team, which clearly isn’t responding. This level of service is extremely disappointing, especially for customers who rely on timely delivery. I need clarity and action on this order immediately.
