If I could rate them with NO STARS....that would be more fitting. I ordered products from the online store Wednesday 26 Nov. I contacted the online department 27 Nov to cancel my order. Jeanette advised me to send an email requesting a change instead, I also explained that it was urgent as I was leaving on holiday within 7 working days. I did just that. I then attempted to contact them on Friday several times and sent an email - no answer. I then called them Monday - the first call was answer after which the receptionist (ange) said she would have them call me - no one called and nobody answered the phone again for the entire day. Your service is absolutely disgusting. You treat your clients with disregard and disrespect. You should not be in this game - you have too much competition. Just cancel my order and give my money back.
