I’m utterly disgusted with the integrity of the staff of Partners hair design in Tokai. So I bought a silver bullet hot brush at the branch in Waterfront then I got a complementary wash and blow to show me how to use it in which I know how to use I then decided let me take my mother. When I got there(Tokia Partners) I then said I’m here for my appointment in which I made, lady at front desk knew actually who I was and she wanted to continue then suddenly a lady called her and they exchanged some words more like the lady(stylist) told the front lady something and the front desk lady comes back and ask me to come back later..I then asked her why she didn’t have an answer and told me u also 5 mins earlier..mind you if you have an appointment you have to be on punctual. I then proceeded to do what I needed and took my mother back 5 mins later and kept checking up on her. When came back my mothers hair didn’t even look like it was washed the lady flat around around the front part I then asked my mother didn’t they flat hair her hair the stylist then said no she did ask my mother said no in which my mother never said anything. The fact that they treat people according to their skin color says a lot about the staff mind you me the stylist didn’t even care to clean the hot brush and put it away just like that-workin in finance iv learned and was also taught by my mother that when you work with people you treat everyone accordingly no matter how the look or what they have on the same way others can pay for the services that sucks so can I. The staff needs to learn that you not doing the customers a favour, it’s your job and you choose it.
Today I'm utterly disappointed and disgusted the fact that shoprite in watergate center staff has zero people skills and work ethics... Today I took something from the shelf which was 44 rand for 2 and Cleary stacked up wrong on the racks(not the customers issues) consumer rights Shoprite!!! Don't you guys know what is customer service??? Your line manager what ever she calls herself walks around with a tag over her body about good service but your service Ndzwane and her team leader and team mates is soo disappointed and disgusting that I wouldn't go there again...as I told them the cheese shows 44 for 2 the line manager than calls packer from some other till that is busy with customers to go and look for the price the packer comes back and says but that's what it says and there is 200 gms there(mind you it's the 100 gms that's on a sale but nothing in site just 200g) the line manager whatever she is walks away and speaking in the own language when business language is English!!! I then asked what's happening the cashier and her team mates having their own conversations ignoring me line manager comes back and tells me the manager said she's not giving the 200g I then told them to leave it I asked this lady (line manager) do you know what consumers rights is? Angry and rude she tells the cashier she's taking it off without and answer the fact that your staff has zero people skills speaks a lot about shoprite in watergate as a company and this is not the 1st stime experience this it's been on several occasions. Shoprite Watergate has zero customers service skills!!!.
