Pnp ASAP is the worst, it's the third time I've ordered for my order to be delayed for hours. With no update no option to cancel. I will never use it again. Pathetic service.
I have placed an order on the 19th of December, the order doesn't show on the tracking. I have sent multiple emails as well as a DM on TikTok no response. I want my refund. I have sent proof of payment and requested a confirmation of order. They had not responded
I have been a Debtbusters client and have followed my debt review plan carefully. I am now nearing the end of my process and reached out to Debtbusters 13 days ago for clarity and support regarding my final payments and clearance steps. Unfortunately, I have not received any response despite multiple attempts. At this stage, communication is critical — especially when a client is almost at the finish line. I have worked hard to stay committed to my debt review, and all I’m asking for is basic feedback and support to complete this process smoothly. Please treat your clients with the urgency and respect they deserve. I would appreciate it if someone could follow up with me immediately.
Customer service is pathetic, especially Chinelle, they take an hour to reply and close the chat after 2 mins. The Wicode doesn't work, and they are so unhelpful
No communication, my order has been on hold for almost two weeks, I have been sending emails and I haven't gotten any feedback. I have tried calling as well to no avail, its my second time ordering the first time everything I had ordered had been out of stock after I had already paid. this is the second time and I haven't received any information as to why my order is on hold and when I can expect my delivery.
I have been under debt review and my debt counsellor advised all my creditors that I'm under debt review and they should cancel all debit check immediately but FinChoice debited my account and ignored that request. I have sent them an email, regarding a refund, they insist that they hadn't received notification, of me being under debt review, where I have forwarded them proof of them being notified.
