Absolutely shamefull service.my vechile was by them for 7 days,not once was i contacted to let know what the status was.on the friday at 5pm,after another party let me know that it was done,i phoned them to get my wheels,as my business really needed it...i was sadly told that there was no one at the workshop,and the fact that i had to spend over R2000 on a rental,was laughed off.misrable front desk.no smiles or even a "welcome to disa motors,how can we help".vechile seems to have issues it never had suddenly.my 4×4 seems to be sticking,like my brakes are on.when i got my vechile bsck i had to personally reallign the interior gear lever plastics,as they were about 50mm put of line.small thing,but shoddy work never goes unotticed when you sitting for hours in your car.ive got a oil leak from the transfer case,these seals never leak as they very seldom work.not even agents can supply me with the seal,and its quite obvious that once again,the fault lay with the technicians at disa.transfer case chain snapped while they had the bakkie in 4wd on the tar.why was it i 4wd on a tar road in the first place...dont take your vechile to disa.it simply wont come back the same...it will be worse than when you took it there
Im still trying to understand how you could treat a 8 year rental client,as you treated us.our agent caylin,could not even answer our calls,proven,as when i phoned from a different nr,she was quick to answer.we were given many excuses of why we could not rent the property,but in the end,it came down to discrimination against small business owners.we jumped through every hoop and hurdle in our path,even spent money on getting financials that we were asked for,but we knew deep in our hearts,that pam golding did not have our backs.when the agent had her say with the owner,we were made to be a risk,even though we rented the same property for 8 years in the past,never missing a payment,and never having any bad credit score.our agent was directly responsible for giving us the thumbs down.the owner himself confirmed that the report from the agent,was negative.hes own words were,"he relies on the report from the agent".YOU did our evaluation.you declined us.you gave us as bad scoring clients,not the owner...When i buy a house soon,even if its the house of my dreams,i would never buy it from pam golding.there is no regulation that is worth loosing a client like us.Fika,rika,or whatever regulation it might have been ,is never a good reason for simply discarding good tennants.you treated us the same as a tennant that never pays rent.simple as that.ms golding must be turning in her grave for the bad name you gave the agency she worked her whole life to build.
