Scammers, inhumane and inconsiderate. Highly disappointed.
Since 2017 I've been through hell and back because of this company, please do not I REPEAT do not, Never! Make use of their services. You will be billed for absolutely nothing! I applied in 2017 and decided to cancel my contract THE SAME DAY, but later received lawyers letters because Wilma Gobler decided to hand me over to Esterhuyze Attorneys. Wilma Gobler and Randwise did absolutely nothing for me, no debt were paid nothing, as I mentioned before I canceled my contract the same day and the guy who helped me confirmed that my contract has successfully been canceled. Months passed and I received the lawyers letters I've been trying and fighting this people since 2017. The bill is now well past R8000, I finally agreed to pay the bill because it's only increasing everytime and they show up to my workplace and harras me with letters and emails and going to court everytime. I agreed to start paying but unfortunately went through a rough time and failed to pay 2 months, I informed Randwise and also Esterhuyze Attorneys of my financial situation and I also kept proof of everything to back my case. They are well aware and I never said I won't pay I gave them a date I said I'll be able to start paying 29 November 2022 but still they won't accept it and decided to take out an court order against me where they want to deduct the money straight from my pay. After I informed them and explained the financial situation I am in and how my debt is more then my income but still they don't understand, they are inhumane and inconsiderate. They are taking food out of my children's mouths, I am the breadwinner they depend on me, I have two kids. How do you sleep at night knowing you busy harrasing and scamming and stealing from the poor? You stealing the food out of hungry kids mouths. God will deal with you. I also see alot of negative posts about this company so let this me a eye opener for others to never make use of them and please don't recommend them to anyone. Let's make them public and expose these scammers.

Inhumane, inconsiderate and very cruel people. Please do not make use of this Attorney's. They rip off the poor, the little you earn they want to take. In 2017 i applied at @Randwise DMG for debt review. The same day I canceled and today they still harass and threaten me, they show up to my work place and email me. I was handed over to Esterhuyze Attorney's but they did absolutely nothing for me, I canceled the same day I applied and I was told I am being billed for the contract that was taken out ect. The bill is now +-R8000 for absolutely nothing! I even accepted to pay that debt off but I can't start immediately I informed Esterhuyze Att that I can start paying from November 2022 but that still isn't enough, they want to deduct the money straight from my salary. They want to steal the bread of of my children's mouth, how can you do that? How do you sleep at night knowing you are terrorizing and harassing a poor hardworking father of 2 kids, I am the breadwinner. Luckily I kept proof of all my debt and all emails sent and received. I will not rest untill they are exposed. This is scamming the poor. Please do not make use of them them. If there is any big companies using their services please stop because they don't consider the poor, God will deal with you. I informed you of my financial situation, I never said I will not pay I informed you of when I will be able to start paying but now you taking out an court order to deduct the money straight from my pay? Wow that's so inhumane from this Attorneys. Stop what you are busy with, WILMA GROBLER NEVER DID ANYTHING FOR ME. The contract was canceled the same day in 2017, but yet I said okay fine I'll pay, they refuse to accept the date I will be able to start paying. Atleast I make contact and agreed to pay, but that still isn't enough? Wow, I'm so disappointed and disgusted in Esterhuyze Attorneys. This is highly unprofessional to so something so cruel.
