Esterhuze Attorneys - You might be in for a 'CHARGES SHOCK'...... BE AWARE BUSINESS OWNERS... THE PUBLIC IS TYING YOUR NAME/BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE
Accounts are handed over to this 'Group' of collection sharks....... All information of the client is received by them. NO attempt is made to contact the client and the detail is immediately handed over to a 'tracing agent' (propably within the same group/owners). The client is then 'contacted' and informed of what is 'owed', payment arrangements offered' or a 'lump sum settlement'....... this by the 'tracing agent'. The 'file' is then returned to Esterhuyze Att. and contact is then again made with the client, as mysteriously now all the 'contact detail' has been verified by the 'tracing agent'........ in MANY instances with NO change to this detail. The amount of CHARGES then added to an account is 'unbelieveable!! Pure GREED for NO thought given to 'professional business standards or with any form of 'integrity' whatsover. With most South Africans already struggling under the burden of a ever growing 'cost of living', is this the '*********' way to do business and treat people who are already suffering under financial stress? I really believe courts need to take a strong stand against these '*******' and business owners need to be made aware (as most of them dont know), with what kind of individuals and companies they are doing business............. !!!

Can someone advise where and how can you lodge a complaint against Esterhuyzen Attorneys. They are so rude and get away with taking advantage of innocent people. Ju Anne is so rude without any consideeation to clients. Dont even know how to speak properly.

Good day. Please I need advise with this people. They have put a garnish order on my pay for a year now. The account was handed over for R1440. I have been paying off for years. I called them this morning and spoke to Mienkie Maritz who told me I still owe them 7000r. My gosh for an account of R1400 i am repaying now almost 20 000 and still they cannot give me an exact outstanding amouny. Please advise if anyone can help me I would appreciate it. I am fed up with this croocks they exploiting poor people. Everytime you call a new so called attorney is working on the case. People be careful if these *****s. I will be waiting for replies

Esterhuyze Attorneys Demands Money
The people that work for this office is extremely rude and abrupt. They demand their money, don’t listen to your concerns and don’t take into consideration that you are unemployed and request instalments at a reasonable rate. They gave me 10 days to pay a R11k bill from 3 years ago (it’s the first I hear of this bill), I requested instalments as I am unemployed, they then demanded that I pay R2k a month, I reiterated that I cannot afford to pay that amount and then they requested a payslip and 3 month bank statement. Please tell me where I am going to get a payslip. If anyone has advice that would be great

Esterhuyze Attorneys Demands Money
The people that work for this office is extremely rude and abrupt. They demand their money, don’t listen to your concerns and don’t take into consideration that you are unemployed and request instalments at a reasonable rate. What a rude bunch of illiterate ***holes - They phoned me on my company phone, requested to speak to someone that isn't even employed here, failed to acknowledge my response to their questions, just kept screaming into the phone.... @Esterhuyze Attorneys - If you expect people to repay their debts or whatever you ***holes do for a living, then start with some common decency and treat the people you contact like people, not ***king animals. You should be disgusted with the manner that you approach these people. You are not above the rest of us, I truly hope you phone my company again, that arrogant and disrespectful woman from your Worcester Branch will be left speechless after I am done with her, utterly digusting.... Someone needs to stand up to you and be a voice for the people that you deem to be nothing more than just animals, you messed with the wrong person.... I dare you to phone me again.

Merciless and very predatory
They threatened to take me to court, for fees that I don't owe. Last year, after seeing a physiothe******, a few times, the woman's boss, Cathy Carstens (owner of Cathy Carstens Physiotherapy), extorted money from me, twice. Both times, the amount was plus minus R500. This time, she used these devilish attorneys, to do it. I don't know, if it's just her, or the physiothe******, who extorts people. This country is so lawless, it's insane.

Inhumane, cruel and inconsiderate. Highly disappointed.
Inhumane, inconsiderate and very cruel people. Please do not make use of this Attorney's. They rip off the poor, the little you earn they want to take. In 2017 i applied at @Randwise DMG for debt review. The same day I canceled and today they still harass and threaten me, they show up to my work place and email me. I was handed over to Esterhuyze Attorney's but they did absolutely nothing for me, I canceled the same day I applied and I was told I am being billed for the contract that was taken out ect. The bill is now +-R8000 for absolutely nothing! I even accepted to pay that debt off but I can't start immediately I informed Esterhuyze Att that I can start paying from November 2022 but that still isn't enough, they want to deduct the money straight from my salary. They want to steal the bread of of my children's mouth, how can you do that? How do you sleep at night knowing you are terrorizing and harassing a poor hardworking father of 2 kids, I am the breadwinner. Luckily I kept proof of all my debt and all emails sent and received. I will not rest untill they are exposed. This is scamming the poor. Please do not make use of them them. If there is any big companies using their services please stop because they don't consider the poor, God will deal with you. I informed you of my financial situation, I never said I will not pay I informed you of when I will be able to start paying but now you taking out an court order to deduct the money straight from my pay? Wow that's so inhumane from this Attorneys. Stop what you are busy with, WILMA GROBLER NEVER DID ANYTHING FOR ME. The contract was canceled the same day in 2017, but yet I said okay fine I'll pay, they refuse to accept the date I will be able to start paying. Atleast I make contact and agreed to pay, but that still isn't enough? Wow, I'm so disappointed and disgusted in Esterhuyze Attorneys. This is highly unprofessional to so something so cruel.

Esterhuyze Incorporated
Ceramident handed me over to Esterhuyze incorporated without my knowledge. Ceramident did not send me any account details. Esterhuyze contacted me but realized they had my wrong details. my details was correctly given to Ceramident. it has been two years and suddenly I have been contacted. The account was handed over for an outstanding balance of R490.35. I was handed over for an amount of R439.80 12/04/2019 – which I was completely unaware of. A year later you increased the amount by 110% to an amount of R1363.35 That amount has now skyrocketed to R2341.92 which is an amount of 340% over 22 months, that is 3.2% per month I contacted the attorneys to inform them i knew nothing about this and if we could settle this. They replied no and i have to pay the full amount.
