Very bad service. We are dependant on the wifi. From Sunday the wifi is on and off daily making it impossible to even watch tv. Many calls and its not sorted yet my husband works from home depending on the wifi and everyone just apologise. Kids cannot watch their cartoons. I must now buy data every day its costing me more now. Who must i send it to
Bad Service please be careful. So my car went in for a service at Ford Novel Paarl. There is now a shortfall of R4500 for the service. Not sure why because I am never suppose to pay anything in. Now no one can assist me. Now what must I do now leave my car there. No one when talking out this policy told me that we are going to pay in for a shortfall
Very bad service. I opened a Nedbank cheque account online. The agent that helped me took all my details. I then after a week collected my cards. To my great disappointment my cards were on My surname of 10 years ago. I am Abrahams now but the cards is on September. Now they want to charge me 100r per card to change the surnane. I feel its not my fault why should I pay. I immediately went in the branch and they could not assist me. Should I close the account. I did not even activate or use the cards. Why should I pay for their mistakes. How fair is that. I am thinking of closing the account
I am so disappointed in African Bank. I am calling them constantly about my loan i had with them. They send me two paid up letters. But people please be careful. When I called last week they told me I have an outstanding amount this after sending me paid up letters and then debited my bank account. Oh wow. So they send out these paid up letters but I still owe them according to their records. I called again and they said the account is fully paid up. What do I believe now. Next they wanna take me or blacklist me again. What a bunch of ****s
I am struggling to get a settlement from African Bank. Next thing they call you and say you owe thousands again. I want to finish this account urgently
I tried twice today to call and ask for settlement but the consultant cannot help me. I dont understand this. My number is wrong on their system and now they cannot help me to give me the settlement amount. But they quick to blacklist or call you 100 times a day if payment not received.
What a waste of airtime and effort when calling. I tried to call as I am about to finish my loan account but I cant be helped. The lady could not assist me with my query.
Misleading. My husband has an Ackermans Account. By accident he was under debt review where we immediately acted and said no. Now he was i contact with Ackermans and they advised that he must pay the account finish to use it. Saturday he paid it finish. Now when we wanted to buy we were told the card is blocked. Calling head office from the store the so dont care lady from head office just said card blocked and everytime gets disconnected. Now no one is of any help to unblock the card after promising to do so. What utterly disgusting service from ackermans head office
I have been calling Netstar to remove the tracking device out of my car for over a year and a half now. To date nothing. The device is draining my battery and i have replaced my battery twice already. I want the device removed urgently from my car
Rude very rude people. Where can they be reported. They are taking money off but never gets settled. *****ing our money
