Esterhuyze Attorneys Demands Money

The people that work for this office is extremely rude and abrupt. They demand their money, don’t listen to your concerns and don’t take into consideration that you are unemployed and request instalments at a reasonable rate. They gave me 10 days to pay a R11k bill from 3 years ago (it’s the first I hear of this bill), I requested instalments as I am unemployed, they then demanded that I pay R2k a month, I reiterated that I cannot afford to pay that amount and then they requested a payslip and 3 month bank statement. Please tell me where I am going to get a payslip. If anyone has advice that would be great
