Absolutely atrocious service! Do not get LTE services from Axxess! Especially when there is load shedding. Their services are constantly affected, we have multiple LTEs all over the country that are constantly struggling with poor connection or impeccable latency. When logging a ticket with their team, I find that I am lucky to hear from the team within 72 hours of logging a ticket, otherwise, when calling in I find the staff to be so unconcerned about the forever ongoing issues we experience with no true resolve. Additionally, if you do log a ticket, they will likely close it with no feedback before getting back to you. While they might be great from a cost perspective, it really affirms the whole "you get what you pay for" mentality whenever I have dealt with the team. Huge red flag, stay away!
Absolutely love to deal with the Smart Systems team, they are always extremely insightful to any requests that I may send through, and also very caring to take the time to listen and understand any issues that we were experiencing. So far, we have moved all of our ICT services over to the Smart Systems family and have never been let down by their service to date. Highly recommend having an on site support SLA with them, as it is always such a pleasure to have the team on site to assist all our staff with any of their requests. - Z. Holmes
