Expungement of record timeline not up to scratch as per paperwork
Good day it is with dismay that i have to report on very very poor feedback from the above supplier. I have disinvested my small annuity And after a week there was a problem with my tax directive so no payout.after atrending to the problem at hand i requested the payout again and after 3 queries 2 days apart i get told different versions somebody missing the buck here as it seems they dont know what to do as i have asked time and again for them to get my new directive but to no avail this is very sad as this money is urgently needed.just cant get nowhere always escalating no answers plz guys can we get this sorted16
Good day i have been battling with vodacom for 6 weeks to get my account sorted.i have been from collections to supervisor to customer care to retensions and cancellations but 2 no avail. I have had 3 premature cancellations mailed to me on 4/6/21 which i paid in full on 07/06/21.no service requests was ever done by them for cancellations which led to me being billed for 3 months more AFTER i had paid the contracts in full. Now my acc is in arrears which i have disputed timeously but i just cant it resolved.no feedback as promised by cancellations in 48 hours whereto now .i cant pay for something i dont owe
