Booked a room for work/business purposes on the 8th of October 2022 only to be told by the front line ladies that they don’t cater for such a booking. They then didn’t cancel my booking and told me me I’ll receive a full refund which till this day I am waiting for. The workers lack professionalism in terms of dealing with refund matters. Been calling the property begging them to refund me my money back. They promise to call back which they haven’t till this day, they don’t even respond to emails and when you call they tell you they still have to talk to their manager. Hire people that are qualified and know the hotel business . It is frustrating as a returning customer to get such treatment.
