They have the worst customer service. I ordered items that I have not received and also didn't get a refund. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get in touch with someone to help me and no one is getting back to me.
If I could give Medihelp 50 stars, I would do it with a smile. We changed to Medihelp Medical aid on 01/02/2025 and my husband had some very bad luck with his health in Feb 2025. They approved his hospitalization (had to be hospitalized twice) and paid 95% of the claims. If anyone is looking for a medical aid. This is the one!!!!!
WORST MEDICAL AID BROKERS EVER! When I contacted them in the beginning I was told that the first payment goes towards them on behalf of the medical aid. Now that I want to go to a new medical aid I have to pay an extra months payment meaning that 2 medical aid payments will go off on 1 day because they never told me that I am liable for their commission on behald of the medical aid!!!! So basically I paid them R7k for submitting forms!!!!!!!!! Now I will suffer because them not explaining anything!
I have never received service better than Titan-Jet. Every order I have ever placed online has went smoothly without any complications. They are very fast to complete orders and always get back to you regarding any queries. I have been working with Adriaan van Zyl, Bianca Brutten and Anika (not sure what her surname is). They are always sooo helpful and friendly! Hats off to you and thank you for making things so easy.
I placed my order online precisely 10 days ago. I have sent 5 emails and never received any reply. I have called 5 times and not once could they tell me "you have to send your courier". Every time it was just "it is out for delivery". This morning when I called after asking for a tracking number they only told me that I need to send my courier. Worst service ever and I will definitely not be using them again.
I had a bad experience before woth Debt Care not paying my accounts which they corrected. But once again I am getting no replies on my emails for a week. I can't make calls at work, but they said the last time I gave them a bad review that I can always email them. Now they aren't coming back at all. I paid all my debt and just need my name clean ... is that to much to ask?
After a few emails and a few phone calls Chasney and Adrian resolved my issues. Everything is back on track and their good service is back.
I am utterly disgusted in the service that I have received. After sending numerous emails and proof of payment, after a week they come back and state that I have not made any payments to them, after paying almost 3 times what I am supposed to and still no answers as to where my money went if they did not receive it. After almost 3 years there is someone else working with my stuff every time I have a query.
