VISIT THE GROCERY EXPRESS IN FAIRVIEW GQEBERHA, A WHITE MAN WAS FILLING TANK WITH WATER HE RUDELY SAID IT WILL TAKE A HOUR TO FILL UP, HE PULLED HE'S FACE VERY UGLY, BY THE DESCRIPTION HE DISLIKES PEOPLE OF COLOUR. OWNER (WHITE OLD WOMAN) SHE DOESNT GREET "NON WHITE" CUSTOMER ONLY HER KIND. IF OTHER SKIN COLOUR PEOPLE ARENT WELCOME. ADD A BOARD OUTSIDE (WHITES ONLY). STOP ✋️ TREATING OTHER SKIN COLOUR PEOPLE LIKE WE ARE NOTHING! REVIEWS GET REMOVED ON GOOGLE MAPS.

They have the worst customer service. I ordered items that I have not received and also didn't get a refund. I have been trying for 2 weeks to get in touch with someone to help me and no one is getting back to me.

Worst ever customer service, not a single person can assist with a problem. 2 times ordering over R4000 groceries. Both times order is short and wrong things delivered, to date im still waiting for this issue to be resolved....... wont be supporting this company again. Emails just go unanswered , phone calls just get put to next person . *********** company.

Pathetic service from the sales department. Every single time bar maybe once or twice they messed up orders. Worst of all they have been harassing me for a 2kg bacon order I never received. Instead of looking into the matter I've been harassed and simply don't believe me.....and I'm told that according to the driver I instructed them to drop it off in victoria street to my mother's house......my mother passed away 10 years ago. Nadine from accounts. Linda Wiesa from sales wake up. NEVER EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN. Grocery express management needs to wake up. It all begins at the top. I will take legal action should I get anymore invoices for something I never received.

Ordered 28 February after begging and pleading 10 days later they delivered half my order, brought the wrong cheese I ordered a 2.5kn block of cheddar and got frozen grated processed cheese. They pomised they would deliver the rest of my order in the next week, nothing and I politely followed up a number of times with no answer. I eventually told them if they not going to deliver to refund me, no answer. On the 20th March I was told the warehouse have given me a credit, again I told them I dont want a credit I a refund because I dont want to order online again again no response!

Used Online store and placed order on 1 March. Phoned on 4 March and they couldn't fined my order. Received delivery of order on 6 March without Cheese to value of R170. No refund after many calls and them not being able to find my order again. The excuse is they are on a new system! I would not rwcommend online purchase because of this.

Placed my order on Saturday, 1 March. I had to phone on the Tuesday, 4 March, to see if they received my order. Which they apparently couldn't find. Was phoned back and told they found it and would deliver on Thursday, 6 March. Phoned again by Grocery Express to be told that some of the items I ordered on the Saturday already, was out of stock, which wasn't when I ordered it on that Saturday. Now I have been waiting for my refund of R170 for cheese, which I needed already and don't have another R170 to give out on. How long does refunds have to take. They knew already on the Wednesday, 5 March, they had to refumd me! Dissapointed to say the least as no one corresponds on email about this. Would think twice to buy from them again. My friend has stopped buying from them because they take too long with the refund of money.
