Terra Nova Terrible Security

I bought a 2 Bedroom apartment, collected the key 3 weeks ago, I then moved in on 3 days after collecting the keys and my Gyser was ******. They refuse the replace and says it’s my problem. Two of my neighbours experienced break ins with their valuables ******. This is terrible!! They have only 1 security responsible for 3 complexes. He can’t even have access to my complex, no cameras installed. You report nobody responds yet we supposed to pay excruciating levies every month. This is the worst I’ve ever seen! This is terrible.
