I took a car insurance with the eccess of R5000 that was to decrease every month nd the last time I called to confirm how much was my access, they told me I was then on R3400 but when we called them 4 assistance we were told that the access is R7000

I skipped 2 months on my primiums and the policy lapsed just like that, on the 3rd month I went 2 pay all my primiums and I was told that there's nothing they do to reinstate my policy. It was just over like that after 5 years with the policy
