I had email Go Rugged on the 31st of October and they had emailed back me immediately the next morning, I was assisted with my questions and purchase through and through, with what item I wanted and what colour I had wanted it in and what their regular delivery time is, it all ran quite smoothly and I had paid later in the day for my item, I received my new rugged phone the next day before midday had hit. Ordered my item on the 1st and delivered on the 2nd without any problems, thank you Miss Adelia for assisting me with buying my phone, I am grateful
I did not have a good experience with them, for one I had ordered my product on the 8th of Sept and was told that it would deliver on the 3rd of Oct, then it got delayed onto the 7th of Oct, and in all honesty I am able to accept delays and the fact that ordering products online can take a while, but since the 7th the tracking website would not re-update for a new delivery date and I've sent multiple emails to support to know what is has happened to my item but the only response I had was them wanting me to review their service, without me receiving my item yet
