Never Ever Again
Called for Leak detection on my pool. When calling I requested that leak detection equipment be used as the pool was losing water and all other avenues had been explored. Was told that it will be R2500. The crew arrived and proceeded to inspect the area. When the “Gas Test” was to begin it was established that the team did not have to correct equipment for the pressure test. In an endeavour to speed up matters and get the results I provided further “equipment” to cover their shortfall. Prior to the visit we had no power = load shedding = I called the company to enquire whether power was required - told “NO”. They needed to drill? It took from 08h30 to 11am to find the "leak" where one hole was drilled (when the power came back) and 4 paving bricks (on sand) were removed. Pool pipes were cut at the motor for the gas to be pumped. At the end when paying I was told "you know we charge by the half hour”. This amongst the many issues should have been stated up front. I was promptly presented with a bill of R5350. Adding to the torrid experience I later established that the solar ball valve had been damaged and is now in the permanent “on” position.

Never Ever Again
Called for Leak detection on my pool. When calling I insisted that leak detection equipment be used as the pool was losing water and all avenues had been explored. Was told that it will be R2500 - seemed to be more concerned about how the money will be paid than locating the leak. The crew rocked up and proceeded to attempt an inspection. TOOK A LOT OF TIME..... DID not have the correct parts to block off the gas, had to make do with what I could provide. There was never any rush. We had no power = load shedding = prior to their visit I called the company to enquire whether power was needed - told NO. BUT They needed to drill??? It took from 08h30 to 11am to find the "leak" where one hole was drilled and 4 paving bricks (on sand) were be moved. at the end when paying I was told "you know we charge by the half hour"..... so come in take your time stretch matters as long as possible - have the wrong equipment to create further delays and levy the fee R5,350. I am utterly disgusted at this what I term as a TOTAL RIP OFF. One star is too good!
