Worst property management company in Pietermaritzburg

Can we talk about Halo Management and how they are racist in managing their properties and tenants. Especially Alan Barr (Managing Agent) at Blairgowrie Gardens 10 Stalker Alley Pelham. There has been so many unfair warnings issued against me such as another car parked in MY parking with MY authority, but other residents of another race do the same thing but they do not get warnings. When I complain about it the care taker (Arelene Picklest) says “YOU PEOPLE park wherever you want to park” This was taken up with Alan Barr and he said we are problematic and he cannot help us. How do I stay in a place where it’s not managed accordingly and fairly!
