Difficult to get your terminate your lease and get your deposit
Don't rent any property with this agency because they will try by all means to bleed you dry by either coming up with reasons to not pay your full deposit or delaying the payment by giving excuses. Know your rights as tenant before jumping into bed with them or they'll ***** you over. A 1 star is quite generous.

Halo property management amperage fee
They lie to tenants that they offer cheaper electricity prices and force tenants to pay something called an amperage fee on top of rent and water and prepaid electricity. The prepaid electrical cost is the same as everywhere else but they say their properties get cheaper electricity prices from the municipality and force tenants to pay an extra 800 or 700 bucks every month. Daylight ******* with lies to tenants.

Worst property management company in Pietermaritzburg
Can we talk about Halo Management and how they are racist in managing their properties and tenants. Especially Alan Barr (Managing Agent) at Blairgowrie Gardens 10 Stalker Alley Pelham. There has been so many unfair warnings issued against me such as another car parked in MY parking with MY authority, but other residents of another race do the same thing but they do not get warnings. When I complain about it the care taker (Arelene Picklest) says “YOU PEOPLE park wherever you want to park” This was taken up with Alan Barr and he said we are problematic and he cannot help us. How do I stay in a place where it’s not managed accordingly and fairly!

Worst property management company in Pietermaritzburg

No customer service
They don't have any urgency to get back to you regarding anything. Vesh and the manager Alan from Haloprop pietermaritzburg offer some of the worst customer service imaginable. Would not recommend them to anyone.

Halo Management PMB are crooks
Halo Management PMB are crooks, they crook people their hard earned cash. When it time to claim your deposit they will deduct for unfair and unnecessarry repairs only to find out that they cannot even provide you with invoices for repairs they claim they have done. Avoid renting with them by all means.

Halo Management, Pietermaritzburg - Tina Henman Extremely poor service, does not have necessary knowledge or s****s to provide an acceptable service. Does not comprehend basic principles of contract laws nor the legal implications of clauses in contracts. Does not have her client’s best interests at heart. Company is not dedicated to marketing or selling of real estate, their main focus is on rentals. Absolutely NOT recommended for buying or selling of property.

GREEDY AGENCY
Please be-aware. DO NOT RENT WITH HALO MANAGEMENT. they will con you in every way to get as much money out of you when your lease expires. <br> What happened to me, my lease said give a 1 months notice of non-renewal of lease agreement, which I did. my agent left the company. the new agent as dumb as ever argues that I needed to give two months notice and I have to pay the following months rental and elect/water bill as a penalty, which I did, then suddenly I get the following months bill with them insisting that water/elect has to be paid for that month aswell because im two months behind when I've been paying my bills every single month. unfortunately reasoning hasn't worked and I cant afford a lawyer.<br> please do not rent with them.
