I paid for a full month of insurance and canceled my car on the 2nd of December... Where is my money that is suppose to be credited and refunded to me? Quick to make us pay pro-rata but when it's there turn they don't care
I placed an order on 30th Nov for baby formula... It's now the 8th and I keep getting emails stating it's taking longer than normal to deliver. I asked for it to be canceled on the 3rd of December as I've had to make another plan. Nothing is happening. I understand it's Christmas period but that's a bit ridiculous
Still waiting for my refund... I paid for a full month of insurance in December but canceled on the 2nd December... Where is my money? Have tried phoning but never get through.
Updated the app now my credit card is gone off there... I need to go reactivate it.... It's still a valid card.... And in this day and age who can go stand in the bank ques for them to rectify their error
So tired of adt... We put an alarm system in a few months ago. First of all the guy they sent out named Paul to give us a quote didn't know anything... Tells us this outside beam will cover whole garden area... It doesn't. They tell us to put more beams in. We are often getting calls saying zone 16 or zone 18 is going off... We only have 8 zones. Constantly get calls saying alarm is going off when the alarm isn't armed... Like I have just received a call that my alarm is going off. I have been whole day and the alarm isn't going off. We keeping getting threatening calls from finance department for owing them money for installation... The system is rubbish. You owe us money for the constant time we have to come out and leave work for you guys to sort out system but is still not working!!! I've had to take a number of days off for this and still not resolved. We keep telling them they must get the main boss to phone us so we can speak to them.... Still waiting. Will never recommend your service to anyone. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!!
Don't really understand their logic... I received an account from Lancet dated from December last year only in July this year. I made the effort and contacted the call Centre and told them I had problems with my phone and that they mustn't phone me only email. Anyway I paid some of the account to keep the peace and told them I need to argue some of the charges with the Med aid as there are double charges. I told them this and again a month had passed and I paid again on the account in August just to keep the peace. Now I have emailed to ask for the final amount to pay end of September and no one is getting back to me. Apparently being handed over. I am trying to sort out the account but getting threatened and no one answering me doesnt motivate me considering I have been double charged over again for the same stuff.
I placed an order through Makro online on the 10th Sept. It was sent through to Makro cornubia and I have receieved such terrible service. They sent me the wrong product... They are blaming the courier service. They can't see who got my order. Now no one is letting me know what's happening. It's not my problem what's happened. I want the product I've paid for. 12 tins of baby food is not something that cheap and must be forgotten. Everytime I try phoning cornubia no one is answering and they putting down the phone.... When I do get through they keep telling me they will phone back. Please remember this service and remember you will get the same treatment when I refuse to pay the account.
They don't have any urgency to get back to you regarding anything. Vesh and the manager Alan from Haloprop pietermaritzburg offer some of the worst customer service imaginable. Would not recommend them to anyone.
