DO NOT RENT WITH HALO MANAGEMENT. they will con you in every way to get as much money out of you when your lease expires. <br> What happened to me, my lease said give a 1 months notice of non-renewal of lease agreement, which I did. my agent left the company. the new agent as dumb as ever argues that I needed to give two months notice and I have to pay the following months rental and elect/water bill as a penalty, which I did, then suddenly I get the following months bill with them insisting that water/elect has to be paid for that month aswell because im two months behind when I've been paying my bills every single month. unfortunately reasoning hasn't worked and I cant afford a lawyer.<br> please do not rent with them.
