MTN LA LUCIA UPPER LEVEL WORST STORE EVER
Witnessed a horrible customer service at MTN LA LUCIA where the manager assaulted 2 customers a man and a woman. He jumped over the counter and held the customer by his collar. They also pushed the lady. Felt so sorry for the customers. That branch in La Lucia upper level has the worst customer service. No wonder they are always quiet. They are unprofessional and unpleasant. Disgusting. I won't recommend this branch to anyone. It's a family owned franchise..explains their attitude. They should be shut down!

Do not use this business
Experienced a nightmare with this company on my move last month. Dropped my bed down staircase. The one worker was intoxicated!. Manager and staff are arrogant. The too quick to demand full payment upfront but their service is pathetic. Will never recommend them to anyone. Rogues.
