I placed an order and paid. Restaurant cancelled my order. The money was taken from my bank account and now it is not in my Uber eats wallet and or no refund in my bank account.
From start to finish Alyssa understood what I wanted and once I gave the go ahead and payment done I received my orders 2 days after. She always kept me up to date. Alyssa is absolutely amazing and her service is impeccable. She made a dream gift come true. Highly recommend her
In November 2019 I cashed out R180 and do not receive my payment on 10 December 2019 I got a message on Facebook saying it would be done in that week with the payment run and that never happened either. I phoned and got told the same thing. I phoned thereafter and sent Facebook messages and for no response. On 13 Feb I got a message on Facebook saying that they trying to link the cash out and points system. I have since messaged enquiring about my cash out as I still have not received payment and also my points are zero.
