You will not receive your order. No one answers the phone. You are basically throwing money away. I wish I read the reviews before placing and paying for my order in full.
I really had hope when the gentleman sent me the credit report for the individual I wanted my money collected from. Besides for asking for more money every third day- the credit report was the only thing they managed to get right. I got excuse after excuse about how they were changing their guys to someone who could help me get my money back. Mind you I had already paid them the initial upfront payment. The last time Warren asked me for money I told him no and I told his partner Penny that I think they are ****mers because it was costing me more to get my money back. If you have extra cash lying around and don’t know what to do with it or you are in the mood for endless promises - then Nationalwide collections is the right fit for you!!
If I could turn back the hands of time then I would've read through the reviews before switching my insurance. Imagine how elated I was when I received a call from one of the consultants informing me that my policy was selected by the system and that would result in a decrease in my monthly premium. Imagine my horror at the end of the month when the old and the new premium was debited from my account???? So Dialdirect charged me twice for the same property???? How??? I queried this with Dialdirect and the gentleman I spoke to, and he advised that the first policy would be cancelled. Guess what? both premiums went off again!!!! So I took matters into my own hands and cancelled the debit order. Dialdirect had the nerve to call me to ask me when I will be paying my premium! At this point I was over them. I informed the consultant to check the system and she will see that I have paid my premiums- IN FULLL!!! They eventually cancelled my policy but to date I have received no refund. So, I requested they call me so they can pay me back my money - the consultant advised that I won't be able to get my refund since the policy was cancelled on the 6th of October?? Whose fault is that? you covered me twice and charged me by the way for the same property. When will I get my refund dial direct???
