Peerless Performance
I am very pleased to add to my earlier review concerning the total commitment and professionalism I have received from Energy Independence over the past two years. The swift, friendly, painstaking and helpful support offered by Neil on every occasion I have sought his advice or order for further componentry for my rooftop solar/grid tied inverter system is without equal. Nothing is too much trouble for him and he goes to great lengths to ensure my total satisfaction. Situated in the Western Cape, I am dependent on good lines of communication and the level of service unfailingly provided by Neil in Gauteng has created a strong bond between myself and Energy Independence. With absolutely no hesitation whatsoever, I recommend all intending investors in inverter equipment to seek and enjoy the same guidance, advice, sales and after-sales attention that I have experienced since Day One.
