I wrote a review about refunds that was suppose to be made by the SAPOMVL department on 2 vehicle licenses that i payed for but could not be renewed because it was listed in other provinces...the refunds was never made,the refund request was made on the 8th of April 2022,after numerous emails from me to the enquiries department the only replies i recieved was 17 June 2022,we will follow up and let you know,then again on 14 July 2022,the amount will be refunded soon,our sincere apologies for the delay,then the last reply was on the 11th October 2022,the refund is still in progress it was submitted on the 7th of October 2022,i have reached out numerous times to get feedback but i am being ignored
Contacted customer support regarding an item ordered in October 2024,the item went past the extended delivery date without updating any info on the tracking except for order recieved and shipped for delivery,a refund was made in the 18th of December 2024,i have not recieved a cent of that money as of yet,i contacted the wish customer support and queried the refund,i sent bank statements dating from the 18th of december as proof that i have not recieved the refund,where a reply came to me that i have to speak to my credit provider(bank) because i removed the refund from the bank statement, After I explained to them that the statement is directly from the bank the customer support did acknowledge that there is a restriction from my bank in regards to paypal payments that has to be made to my account (there is no international payments pending on my account showing at the bank)then i was offered wish cash as a refund and the ticket was closed,still no refund recieved and after contacting support again i was told that the refund was made to my account and they cannot do a refund again,I have still not recieved my money and it is going for month number 4...
I applied for 2 motor vehicle licenses in february,both gave errors saying that the vehicles are registerd in another province i made 3 payments as one of the licenses was calculated wrong,i then did a refund claim on the 3 amounts that went off from my bank on the 8th of april,I sent numorous emails,on the 16th of june inwas told tgey will make a follow up, Then after i sent an email again to enquire when the refunds will be made on the 14th of july i got a reply saying "The amount will be refunded soon"i wrote an email again on the 11th of october to find out why it is taking more than 6 months to get the refunds,only to get a reply saying " Your refund is still in progress . It was submitted 7th October 2022" which i cant understand cuase it was sent in on the 8th of april, Up until today i have not recieved any feedback,even after contacting customer care aswell
