I made a booking in April, for the 27th-30th October 2022. 2 weeks before my booking I got a call from the hotel the lady said she's doing a follow up asked me to confirm how many guests and asked about my race if I was black or coloured. Told her that all 3 of us are black,she said okay then finished off the call. 10-15 minutes after that call got an email saying my booking was cancelled and an automated refund will be processed. Why cancel my booking at the last minute though??
