The most DISGUSTING service I have ever had in my life!. I will be giving you THIS review ALL OVER THE GARDEN ROUTE. My husband came to your shop to buy me a Whirlpool Microwave as a surprise!. My incredible surprise soon turned very sour! The microwave had parts missing in the box and the turntable had a crack. We had to use an upside down bowl to use the Grill. He went back, not once, FOUR times. The salesman made my husband out to be a ****. The turntable did eventually break. The salesman condescendingly told my husband that a new one was coming into the shop and he would open it and see what was all in the box. Hallelujah there in the box was all the parts we did not receive. Then Insult on injury the salesman looked on the shelf where the microwave was before we bought it. THERE WERE ALL THE MISSING PARTS. NO apologies! I REPEAT.......NO APOLOGIES AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO PAY FOR A NEW TURNTABLE! Being in a service industry myself I don't see you lasting very long!! Posted on Hello Peter.
