The most DISGUSTING service I have ever had in my life!. I will be giving you THIS review ALL OVER THE GARDEN ROUTE. My husband came to your shop to buy me a Whirlpool Microwave as a surprise!. My incredible surprise soon turned very sour! The microwave had parts missing in the box and the turntable had a crack. We had to use an upside down bowl to use the Grill. He went back, not once, FOUR times. The salesman made my husband out to be a ****. The turntable did eventually break. The salesman condescendingly told my husband that a new one was coming into the shop and he would open it and see what was all in the box. Hallelujah there in the box was all the parts we did not receive. Then Insult on injury the salesman looked on the shelf where the microwave was before we bought it. THERE WERE ALL THE MISSING PARTS. NO apologies! I REPEAT.......NO APOLOGIES AND MY HUSBAND HAD TO PAY FOR A NEW TURNTABLE! Being in a service industry myself I don't see you lasting very long!! Posted on Hello Peter. Two weeks ago (Saturday 29 July 2023) my 9-month-old Defy oven blew up. I immediately called CAW Third Generation with my details, invoice & warranty. I was told first they would send out the Defy reps to confirm the oven is faulty. Then they needed to check if they had replacement stock. Then made arrangements for this Saturday (12 August 2023) to replace the oven as well as have it installed. I received a call from them today (Friday) saying that they are only dropping off the new one as they are not qualified to connect the oven. I then received another call saying they have someone for the installation, but he can't be there tomorrow and will call me in 30 mins..... turns out they can't tell time either as I am STILL waiting.... I feel obligated to write this review as I wish someone could've warned me about purchasing ANYTHING from CAW Third Generation.... they should call themselves 3rd Party. Also, how can you sell items such as ovens when no one who works there knows anything about the appliance. At the end of the day, I am probably going to have to fight for a refund as they are so bad, what if this happens again... I already had to pay R550 for the first install which I won't get back. BE WARNED

Just had the worst experience ever at this shop. Asked for assistance from a lady and she outright ignored me. She looked at me with such disgust and I felt so ashamed at the way she looked at me and just left the shop. I have previously made purchases at this shop and the shop assistants has always been helpful,but I will never be going back there after this. Will most definitely not be encouraging anyone I know to go there.

We placed an order for a bed, mattress and a silver bar fridge on 22/09/2020 and we are still waiting for the fridge. I contacted Brad, full of promises, does not always return calls. I experience him to be very disrespectful and does not deserve to be in the position he is. The should have delivered the fridge today - 04/12/2020 and there is no sign of them. I phoned twice and he is dead in action. He could be in a pub for all I know.

I bought a bed in February for 12 000 very disappointing bed is not hard and firm after month one it fell in when you sleep and due to lockdown I couldn't call in and now not one person in shop can return a call.
