I have had the worst experience with Buffalo express from the very beginning. Firstly, they need to improve their automated communication system. It is very slow at picking up payments etc. and even when payment is done I keep getting automated messages saying I need to pay. I had to pay the VAT/import fees twice as the system did not pick up the 1st payment. When I sent proof of that payment, their system did not accept it so I paid for the 2nd time which they picked up. I am now out of pocket. My parcel was then mis-routed. I phoned to check up and they said it had been handed to ITT for delivery. I am VERY reluctant to order from Shein again if I have to deal with Buffalo Express!
SHOCKING customer service. I will never use this site to do any bookings whatsoever. Absolute ripoff!!! They very quick to take your money but God help you should you need to make a change to your booking.
We bought 2 Samsung, 65 inch Smart TV's. We have had endless problems with the pre-installed Netflix. Despite many calls and 3 visits to the shop, we still wait.
