Estate Champs
I have been with RES about a Year and a half and am still over the moon withe the way how things work. The CEO can be phone any time and when available, assistance is given. Processes work, documents are professionally done and always updated when legislation changes. I am a proud to be associated with RES as a Business Owner.

Useless Third Generation CAW
We placed an order for a bed, mattress and a silver bar fridge on 22/09/2020 and we are still waiting for the fridge. I contacted Brad, full of promises, does not always return calls. I experience him to be very disrespectful and does not deserve to be in the position he is. The should have delivered the fridge today - 04/12/2020 and there is no sign of them. I phoned twice and he is dead in action. He could be in a pub for all I know.

Improve Communication and Service
I placed my timeshare unit for rent with them and although they have my contact details they never contacted me. My place was rented from 13 to 20 Nov 2020 and I was told that I will have to wait until January before I will receive my money after taking 20% of R8500.00. I will never use them again!!
