I cannot change to my new credit card and I am battling with whatsapp agents to change it. My debit order faild and they just cut my service. When that was restored I battled with agents for hours to get Voip going. Fixed it myself eventually.
I have a problem adding a new credit card. Been on whatsapp for log time now. System does not allow changes via phone, web or app. Looks like the agents dont know what to do. There is no phone number, email or any way to escalate this issue. looks like management is ****in hiding

I don't know where the got my number from but I would like people phoning me ob behalf of Discovery Insure to try and sell their product. I have app**** at the DMA not to receive any telemarketing but it seems Discovery don't care. There is no way I can contact them to stop it.

I am highly disappointed with Afrox customer service. I went to the George branch to exchange my 1.8kg Portashield cylinder for a full one. They did not have stock and could not tell me when they will have it again. This the second time out of four visits (50%). Logged a complaint on their website just to receive an email back to inform me that the only branch that have some is in Epping, 450km away. End of story. No offer to get some to George, no plan. The second issue is that I cannot even get a price for this gas as you have to be registered on their system. I tried that only to be advised that my application is pending approval of some sort. It is now a few days later and still nothing. This is a nationwide company and you expect better planning and better service from them. Their Whatsapp callcentre is useless and calls dont get any response. There is no other way of contacting them or their management tp complain.
