Luxury experience at its core
12 A is really your go place especially if you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary etc. They attention to every detail to make sure you enjoy your stay, from airport pick up Aphiwe made sure everything went smooth. To the driver who picked us up, he assured us that we have made the right choice by choosing to stay at 12A. We were welcomed by Hlumi who checked us in and gave us proper orientation if the facility.When we got to the room you could see they were ready for us, we got bubbles and his n her gift🥰The see facing view as you lay on your bed that is pure luxury. We went to their fine dining restaurant and Sbu and Siya took care of us we were spoiled with personalised plates. They have another restaurant called Cafe, Nonkosi and Pamela served us. They understood the assignment of our celebration but wait then came Byron bar manager. Did he not serenade us 🎶 from a birthday song to a love song , our vacation was made. Their picnic spot on the Stanley’s Rock was everything thank you David and your team.

Pathetic service
Had an event around Pretoria on Saturday the 11 March ‘23 and I needed to do my hair. Sarhap hair line appeared on Google, I called the 012 number and I was told to WhatsApp (064) 064-4554.Long story short in the WhatsApp I was told I can walk-in don’t need an appointment. When I got there was told to wait they are calling the person who said I must walk-in.50 minutes later they said they can’t help, I told them you can’t make me wait for an hour and come tell me that. Don’t know places around here, drove for 2 hrs to get here.I waited thinking I’m dealing with someone intelligent. Mind you 1 stylist was busy with her own hair for an hour then waited 1h30 for her late client who called to say she’ll be late, another stylist finished and was busy with her hair then the other finished and just set down.I waited thinking I’m dealing with people who can think, apply logic, prioritises customer service and clearly I was wrong. Around 15:30 they sent the cleaning lady to tell me they are leaving. Then one of them switched off the lights. I’ve never seen such especially if you tell people you not from the area. They kept on saying they want to prove Hanna wrong and Sarah knows that if they say they no working they mean that. I guess I was caught in between company issues. But such vile behaviour towards a client Sis The only reason I’m writing this review it has less to do with these employees I mean to them it’s just a job, if the business dies doesn’t affect them they’ll go look for another job.This is to make the owner aware and get a manager who knows what s/he’s doing. Don’t give power to small minded people, they will kill your dream.
