Does Famous Brands care about the quality they are supposed to provide and teach their franchisees?!?! I do not think so! Just received my order Steers, The Village, Beyers Park - Order # DFD272909211. I would think for R585.30 plus driver's tip totalling R643.83 (for four individuals we would at least get warm food, instead of ice cold and all items would be included (one chips left out). Truly not what one expects for the price!
- I am a South African, working remotely for an Australian company. - I get paid weekly into Wise Bank, then transfer it into Rands and then into my Discovery Account. - On the 13th, 2nd week, and first week's wages - I called Discovery. The lady confirmed she received the proof of payment I sent: Ref# 8590152 - A few days later, I phone again, and the gent I speak to, says, they never received the proof of payment: Ref# 8560531 Today, 31 October 2022, I just get told "no receipt of funds" and another Ref# 8698393 THERE IS NO SENSE OF URGENCY! THEY DON'T SEEM TO CARE - PLEASE WAIT FOR ANOTHER 5 TO 7 WORKING DAYS! I'M SITTING WITH ALL MY OTHER WEEKS' WAGES, BUT TOO SCARED TO PAY IT INTO MY OWN DISCOVERY BANK ACCOUNT BECAUSE THEY CAN'T EVEN FIND MY MONEY!!!!!!! I thought, what a great bank, but now, I am so angry. I wish Discovery wasn't just a call centre, useless at that, and App. What am I to do, I can't go into a branch?!?!?!?! I AM SUPPOSED TO RELY ON THIS BANK, WOULD YOU?!?!?!?!?!?!
