Good day. I'm disappointed in courier guy (kuruman). I sent a parcel from hotazel to polokwane. Tracked it after 4 days and it was still at the hub in kuruman. I tried calling but they don't answer the phone. From 26th February 2026 to 6 March 2026. Today I called to be told my parcel is lost and they will only replace the garage remote and won't be liable for programming and lock change costs 😭😭😭😭. Who should pay for all those costs. And I was calling, making follow ups everyday with my airtime. Courier guy did me dirty
Good day! I would like to report bad service I received from ewseta. I called requiring about my certificate then I was referred to different people where I end up not getting any response. First person I called was zozu on 0514069481, she promised to check the process and get back to me. I waited for more than 2 days then called again. She referred me to Enos Khoza (enosk@ewseta.org.za). Enos then referred me to Emmanuel Ditsele (emmanueld@ewseta.org.za) , who didn't bother to reply my email. I would like hellopeter to help me get to know how far with my skill certificate. Mashudu
