I'm receiving absolute horrible service from Miway as my insurer on my motor vehicle claim. I had a few claims with Miway previously and had no hussles. My claim is dragging more than a month now, the claims assessor Shahid Koeries continuously come up with all sorts of findings every other week, I have informed Shahid Koeries with his manager that came to my house on a second visit, that they have no sympathy for me as a Miway client, We don't insure our assets to intentionally damage them, I have to follow up with my insurer on the progress of my claim. I feel I'm not being treated fairly and with dignity.
It was a nightmare experience, you view a car online, submit an enquiry, the sales person call you to inform you thay the vehicle is still available, you visit the dealership, inspect the vehicle for more than an hour, when I wanted to conclude the transaction the sales person walk in only to be informed an hour later that there is a holding deposit on the vehicle, but thank the Lord, good riddance.
