I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service experience from Sanlam Umbrella funds and Sanlam corp. I have since submitted a withdrawal Oct 2024 and to date I have not been given a satisfactory answer as to why I've not been paid out. My claim is being escalated every week, with the same story that it's with claims and yet no movement, I was asked to resubmit documents in January and I did that, The consultant asked for 30 days grace period I was patient and gave them 30 days, it is now way past the 30 days, Through out the process there has been repeated issues with communication, lack of responsiveness and failure to address the claim. I need urgent feedback as 5 months is a long time.
I would like to appreciate great service from Blessing Mkwesha for going beyond his duties by making sure that R30 batteries were delivered to my exact location when I stuck and car keys did not work. Thank you
