Very bad service , food is good though.
Very poor service . Many waiters standing around but had to wait long for service . Got some orders wrong . Ordered a bottle of water - no glasses came. Asked and was asked “ issit “? We always tip double where ever we go but this time we tipped less to reflect our experience and the waiter came to say we made a mistake with the tip. This was unacceptable as a tip is not a guaranteed pay it’s something you receive for good service. We did not leave nothing , just less than normal but he came to ask for the rest. Won’t ever return , even though the food was actually really good there is many many places in the area that provides way better service and attitudes.

Excellent and very friendly staff, great value for money!
All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, something I don’t see often anymore. Everything went smooth and I got the car I needed but was also presented with other options should I need more space. I have been renting from Woodford twice a year the last few years and would never change rental car provider due to the excellent customer service . Special shout out to the boys at the counter and outside on the 28th of October around 11:45 to 1pm…. I wrote the names down but lost the paper! They were brilliant !
