I was thrilled to again receive FANTASTIC service from the team at A.S.A.P. Motors for my car's annual service. I have trusted them for over 5yrs now and will never take my car anywhere else. From friendly Pam at reception, to Tiaan who is so interesting to listen too and always gives valuable advice, to the wonderful Lazarus who acts as chauffeur on top of his other duties. Efficiency, cost effectiveness and outstanding customer service. Thank you again, team.
Have been with Rain 6 months now on their 5G Home Basic option. Initially I struggled with speeds only. But now I have been without internet for 7 days. I call each day and they apparently 'escalate'. 5 days ago I received a call from a technician saying there is an Eskom issue with the tower closest to me and sorry, no ETA. I found out today that they have closed my calls as there is nothing they can do. How does one close a call without resolution? Doesn't one chase Eskom, provide feedback to clients, work until resolved? Exceptionally poor service and lack of effort. Wish to speak to someone other than an agent who actually WANTS to help.
