I ordered a couch and paid a deposit in June. It is now November, no reply to phone calls. She moved from the industrial area I visited. Does anybody have an alternative number

I was conned
I ordered 2 gas fireplaces at Syam Distributors Randburg in June. Before I paid a deposit of R58 000 I was promised delivery in 6weeks and now it is November. Every single time I call I am told Craig will call me back but he never does. I sent e-mails to accounts personnel (Dorelle) and again I am told Craig will call me back but he never does. Is there a head office that I can get in touch with. I am scared that I have conned. Please help me with a tel number of their higher authority
